After the Principal retires, both Vice Principals think they will be the next Principal. When the Superintendent gives the job to a woman from another district, they join forces to ruin it for her. Danny McBride and Walton Goggins play two Vice Prinicpals who are very different but are trying to achieve the common goal of forcing out the new school principal so one of them can be on top.
