A year ago, a terrorist attack in Odessa, Texas left the city decimated. The blamed for the tragic event fell on those with extraordinary abilities, who are now in hiding or on the run from those with nefarious motives. They include vigilantes Luke and Joanne, who are seeking to avenge a tragic loss. This 13-episode event series chronicles the lives of a new group of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.
